RISS Mobile serves as the official application for the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) Program, an initiative dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of local, state, federal, and tribal criminal justice partners. Since its inception 50 years ago, RISS has focused on providing adaptable solutions that facilitate information exchange, bolster criminal investigations, and ensure officer safety.

The application offers users access to essential RISS resources, including RISSIntel and various information-sharing platforms such as RISSLeads and the RISS Officer Safety & Wellness Website. These features collectively support law enforcement agencies in their critical operations.

In addition to query capabilities, the RISS Mobile App includes entry functions for RISSafe, the Officer Safety Event Deconfliction System. This feature is designed to enhance situational awareness and ensure the safety of officers during events where multiple operations may occur.

It is important to note that users of the RISSNET Mobile App must possess an existing RISSNET account and adhere to all user requirements, including completion of necessary training courses.

Further enhancements and capabilities for the app are anticipated to be introduced in the near future.
